One day
My pen will run out of ink.
And that day,
I’ll use my blood.

One day
My body will run out of blood.
And that day,
I’ll use my tears.

Until there’s nothing else left,
my words will fill
this love letter for you.

And those bottles will fill
the ocean between us.

And one day,
you’ll bend down on your knees
you’ll pick up one by one
and find my messages
fade within the papyrus of my heart.
