What got you into the blogging world?
After reading some interesting blogs back in 2005, I got into blogging.
 
What do you blog about?
My blog tells a story about my life & family. Between the story of my life as a wife & mother, I also write about shoes, handbags, perfumes, fashion & mostly ‘girly’ stuff. I’m active in  sports such as squash and futsal and chess. So I do blog about that as well. Currently the main topic on my blog is about dieting. Due to all the “makan banyak makan during raya” I would need to go on a slimming regime.

Why Red? Is there a significant meaning behind the theme?
Red represents strength & courage. Probably that was what that I had to take part in Fear Factor. My mom told me that I loved the colour red since I was a little girl.
 
What’s your ultimate fantasy?
No need to work. Goyang kaki tapi duit masuk ;)
 
Last Movie seen…
Eagle Eye (not my type of movie, my hubby made me to watch it)
 
Favourite pastime activity?
Reading novels

If I had 3 wishes…
1. Travel the world
2. Drive a 4WD  
3. Always be healthy and wealthy
 
Best thing you got from blogging…
The chance to express myself however I want to - my blog my story. Besides that, I’ve also made new friends with blogging. Nevertheless, making money is part of it, :) I likeeeee (so far I have fixed monthly income just from my blogging)
 
What do you think about parents spending time to blog these days? Is there a value you see benefiting a parent?
Totally up to the parents. If they take it positively it would require good time management. Time management is the most important thing for parents. I have 2 kids and I manage my kids before I start monitoring my blog at night. I do have my permanent job during the day. As a lady with a career, I believe I’ve done the best for my family. I’ve gained a lot from blogging, one example would be the knowledge and reference to bringing up children.
 
Earlier this year, you were featured on several media. What was exciting about that experience? 
Yup it was really exciting. It was all new exposure to me. Two medias selected me simply because of my theme the ‘Red diva’ and high number of followings to my blog. That has helped me in promoting my blog though. My aim is to become a full time blogger, so the media was a great help to me in achieving my goal.

How different has celebrating the occasion of Hari Raya been since you’ve begun blogging?
It was still the same. I just need to make time to blog. I set my entries a night before and during the day I just spent raya with my family.  I’m connected to a blackberrry which I enables me to have access to the internet even I’m visiting relatives during the festive season. Last time, I don’t have to snap many pictures, but now being a blogger, I would need to post more photos on my blog.
 
What do you think about blogging as a form of information media?
Totally agree that it’s a great media with no restrictions. Just don’t abuse it.

If you had a chance to influence the world to do something, what would it be?
Spreading love for each other and living in peace & harmony.
